In the centre (West London MSI Reproductive Choices) I spoke with nurses [name removed] and [name removed] and both were respectful, helpful and offered a safe space to discuss my decision with. They were calm which helped me to feel less anxious and more in control and autonomous about my decision. Many thanks to them both for the fantastic service that they provided. Their care will stay with me. I would highly recommend this clinic. The lady on reception was also welcoming and out me at ease.

If possible it would be more comfortable if other patients were not permitted to make phone calls in shared areas
